Spiller Estate B and B

Located at the beginning of Penticton’s Winery Row is Spiller Estate B&B – a wedding venue that can bring your family to the heart of the South Okanagan. Known for it’s quaint fruit stand on the benchlands above Penticton, and its fruit wines, this historical landmark is at a perfect crossroads where agriculture meets “city life”. It is a pleasure to be the wedding photographer at small “heritage” venues like this one – a great canvas for creative photography!

Wedding photography on site at Spillers Estate is diverse in scope – big trees, quaint architecture and a diversity of viewpoints, all of them inspiring. Evening light is fantastic as the sun sets behind the apple orchards. As a photographer always looking for the perfect photograph, I like to grab the wedding couple for a few last minute portraits, often with wine glasses in hand – an Okanagan tradition!

The B&B itself is a 1930’s character home surrounded by big cottonwood trees and vistas of Okanagan Lake to the West and orchard lands in all other directions. Charming and private, Spiller Estate is a perfect venue for small weddings. Bring your caterer and spend the evening under balmy skies.

The day after the party guests can then embark on wine tours on the Narmata Bench, go hiking and biking on the KVR from Penticton to Naramata, or just relax in one of the world’s most diverse places – the South Okanagan!
